This is an estimate based on the last few months of my life. When you are building a company while trying to stay sane there isn’t much room for error. Very quickly you can cross the line from ‘doable’ to absolutely impossible – scheduling more things than there are hours in the day and cutting into the time chunks that keep you healthy – for me sleep, gym, and cooking are really important.

So, when I say I am busy I am:

  1. Telling the truth
  2. Not trying to push you away
  3. Will make a concerted effort to make time and let you know when I do

When I do make time or carve out some of those 21 “free agent” hours please understand that that time means a lot to me. I don’t have a lot of it.
