Pippa is the co-founder of Quittner with her husband, Benjamin Davidson. Quittner is a lighting and homewares design practice with a historical perspective.  

She has co-written the Object Lesson column for the Magazine Antiques since 2019. Her writing has also been published by The Atlantic, Wired, BBC Travel, Guernica, and more.

She has authored one book and contributed to many others.  

She has appeared in documentary films, news segments, and on television. Her work has been referenced in bestselling books, peer-reviewed journals, and academic texts.

She has been profiled, cited, and referenced in the New York Times, NPR, House Beautiful, The Financial Times, The Independent, The Guardian, Al Jazeera, and more.

She has spoken to gatherings at dozens of academic and intellectual institutions, conferences, and events around the United States and internationally.

She was on the founding team of BrightCo, which was acquired by GLG in 2014 when Pippa was 21. Prior to that, she developed television concepts that aired on National Geographic and served as the Roots & Shoots Youth Leadership Fellow for the Jane Goodall Institute, a one-year full-time advocacy position supporting and championing the work of Dr. Jane.

Pippa lives and works in the Hudson Valley of New York.
