I'm Looking for an Intern!

I’m Looking for an Intern!

Things have been pretty crazy this year. From traveling for speaking engagements, to freelance pieces, to working on a BIG writing project, to still being at Columbia full-time, it’s all gotten a little bit nuts. After some reflection, I realized something…I need an intern!

I am looking for an enthusiastic young person with an interest in writing, non-profits, and sustainable development to help me with a lot of stuff (described in full below). The coolest part, in my opinion, is that they will be able to have their hands in a lot of different projects ranging from my writing work, to supporting Onwards, the dope organization I’m on the Board of, as they grow. Instead of being cramped in a limited position, I will be able to adapt and mold the internship to fit the needs and passions of whomever takes on the role.

As a semi-broke college student, I can’t offer payment, but I can offer a bunch of other stuff ranging from the potential for school credit, to food, to life and writing advice of dubious credibility, to effusive recommendations for future positions (based on performance, of course). It’s a part-time position and most of it can be done from home, so it’s ideal for someone who wants to be involved, but needs a large amount of flexibility.

If you, or someone you know, might be interested, please shoot an email to pippa@pippabiddle.com with a 300 word description of why you would make a great intern.
